Open session: Hybrid, November 23, 2021

Cale Passmore, Equity Chair for SIGCHI, led a discussion of dynamics around virtual and hybrid conference spaces in general, reviewed existing data and recent dialogues with SIGCHI members, getting community feedback informing our SIG’s practices.

With many hybrid conferences under organization going forward, we wish to continue to review and discuss how SIGCHI on the whole can best serve the HCI community in how we help organize and guide these events.
