Walk-In Demonstrations

CHI 2001 participants interested in showing their work in progress are encouraged to use the Walk-In Demonstration area. A limited number of Walk-In Demonstrations may be scheduled in advance with the Demonstrations Co-Chairs. All other slots will be available on site on a first-come, first-served basis. No advance submissions are required for this event.

CHI 2001 will provide a flip chart and some basic equipment including an IBM PC and Apple Macintosh (both with built-in audio support) and a VCR. No external speakers, external CD-ROM drives, or ZIP drives will be provided. Participants with more extensive needs should bring their own hardware and software. Access to the Internet is also available.
