           archive interface and restrictions thereto. 
961104-001 Added  section 2.5  on  "Sending  commands to  LISTSERV"  and

961104-002 Rewrote 4.6.2  slightly to  clarify how  subscription probing
           works.
961104-003 Clarified  in 4.8 that  "active" users of  a list will  not be
           requested to confirm their subscription  regardless of the
