Michael J. Muller is a work and usability analyst at US WEST Advanced
Technologies. He is a recognized leader in the field of participatory design
and he has helped develop several widely used methods. At U S WEST (and before
that at Bellcore), he has applied participatory and other usability methods in
the analysis, design, and assessment of a variety of telecommunication products,
services, and research projects.
