SIG: Contrasting interfaces: the web vs traditional UI

While the goals for Web-based applications are the same as for traditional UIs, the tools and conventions differ enormously. Join a group of designers who have wrestled with problems like unclear navigation, the fuzzy boundary between browser and web pages, and information and response-time tradeoffs. We will discuss problems that we have all encountered and together propose some solutions.
