Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted in writing and must be received at the Registration Office on or before 19 March 2001. A US$75 cancellation fee will be deducted to cover processing costs. CHI 2001 cannot accept refund requests after 19 March 2001.

Registration Transfers
If you cannot attend, your registration may be transferred by giving a colleague a letter authorizing the transfer. The letter must be presented at registration.
