Cover Page Instructions
As part of your submission to CHI 2001, you must complete and submit the appropriate Cover Page(s). On this website you can either fill in the web-based versions of the Cover Pages and print them, or you can download a PDF version (122k) of the Cover Pages and fill them out by hand. The Cover Pages are also available in the hard copy of the CHI 2001 Call for Participation Booklet on pages 26 & 27.
The following Submission Categories must complete Cover Page One only. The Cover Page should be downloaded and printed to be included when sending your submission to the appropriate "Send To" address according to each submission category. For complete submission instructions, please refer to the instructions listed with each submission category.

These Cover Pages should be downloaded and printed to be included when sending your submission to the appropriate "Send To" address according to each submission category. If you intend to submit to these categories, there will be an electronic submissions form available in the near future. The form should be online by August 20, 2000. Instructions are available from the Instructions for Electronic Submissions page.
